I wondered if an uninstall / reinstall might be the answer, only to discover Lr6 is no longer available to download from Adobe. If there is a way to contact any "real Adobe people" it's extremely well hidden! So I click the link for customer support ~ Contact Us "Real help from real people" ~ of course, silly me, there is no customer support! A post I found says you just need to sign out. Now I get a messages saying "maximum activations exceeded" and that my serial number is already in use and I need to deactivate another computer within 29 days.īut there is no option to deactivate that I can see anywhere. I changed my Adobe account email address, then in Lr 6 on Mac mini, I signed out from the old address and then signed in with the new. I have Lr installed on my Mac mini and a MacBook Pro.
